Composed by Angela and ABS-CBN Music creative director Jonathan Manalo, \u201cIt\u2019s Okay Not To Be Okay<\/a>\u201d was born from the trending Bb. Pilipinas 2021 question of Boy Abunda to one of the pageant\u2019s candidates, “when is it okay not to be okay and when is it not okay to be okay?”<\/p>\n

The question circulated and drew discussions online that encouraged the King of Talk to produce the inspiring collaboration with Star Music. <\/p>\n

“It’s a song for those people na akala nila it’s not okay being not okay,\u201d Angela explained. \u201cIt\u2019s a reminder that you are allowed to cry, you are allowed to feel bad, and you are allowed to break down. You can be in the hardest and darkest times but acknowledging it doesn\u2019t mean that you are giving up.\u201d<\/p>\n
