Embrace the power of small actions<\/h2>\n<p>They say old habits die hard, and building new ones doesn\u2019t happen overnight. For Sam YG, celebrity host and fitness enthusiast, consistency is key.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI&#8217;m not saying it&#8217;s always a 10k run or a run for that matter. We\u2019re all caught up with work and life, so it&#8217;s actually the small things you decide to do every day that will help you develop the habit,\u201d he explained, adding, \u201cThere will be days where it\u2019s going to feel more challenging, but those will make you stronger and it\u2019s gonna be life-changing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>RWP Run Club founder and coach Pat Rubin shares the same sentiments and recommends creating a simple routine that works for you, which can be achieved by allotting personal time in the morning and spending less screentime.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy staying consistent, we can also inspire others to do the same. It\u2019s a way to unleash greatness within ourselves, while also spreading it to others,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Show up and look good<\/h2>\n<p>Looking good is one way to feel good and perform better. Take it from the Kapuso star Gabbi Garcia, who believes that showing up is already half the battle, but looking good doing it can make it twice as easy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI always make sure that I look good at the gym, so I really invest in flattering and comfortable gym clothes that make me feel good and function well at the same time,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>This is your sign to get that workout set or that new pair of shoes you\u2019ve been eyeing and start moving!<\/p>\n<h2>3. Focus on yourself<\/h2>\n<p>Everyone strives for self-improvement, yet comparison with others&#8217; progress demotivates them, halting.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cComparison is the thief of joy.
